This week:
#8 - Submission to government promotes a clean conscience - vs. 3-5
        We obey the government because we want to honor the Lord.  Your conscience is the servant of your value system.
             1 Timothy 1:5, 1:19; 2 Timothy 1:3, 1 Peter 3:16, 
        Implications:  
          1.  Christians have a higher motive for obedience
          2.  We have a stronger reason when we must disobey

              Matthew 17:24-27, 22:15-22

          We obey joyfully and willingly because we live as a citizen of the kingdom
