Our goal at MBC is to encourage and equip our men to live sacrificially as servant-leaders here in the body of Christ and in their homes. We do this by intentionally teaching and training them Biblical principles and applying them practically.
We offer three ways in which men can intentionally be involved in the body of Christ, grow in their knowledge of the Word and pursue ministry if they so desire.
One-on-One Men’s Discipleship
If you are interested in growing in your faith and desire to be discipled, we have men who are able to mentor you along the way.

Monthly Men’s Training
This is an opportunity for men in the church who desire to lead in the church or grow in the area of Biblical leadership. This is also for men who seek to dig deeper into what it means to shepherd their family, the church and how the Lord has commanded them to live their life.
This is a three year training course with the desire that it will produce faithful men who will be entrusted with various leadership aspects of the church. The course covers areas of theology, Biblical counseling, how the church works, what Godly character looks like and much more. These three years will cover over 25 books and more than 50 classroom hours of lecture and learning.
Here is our 3 year overview of our men’s training classes.
